Alvin Jones
Assistant Director
Alvin was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. Alvin graduated from the University of Iowa and has a degree in Communication Studies, African American Studies, and a masters in Strategic Communications. He loves going to the movies with his friends and fraternity brothers. Alvin’s future career aspirations is to be a College Professor who can teach real world experiences on how to become a successful business man/woman. He goes by the quote “Move by faith, not be sight.”
Deaundre Bailey
Development Executive
Deaundre was born and raised in Louisiana. He attended Southern University and has his degree in Accounting. While in college, Dre was part of the basketball team for two years. He has loved playing basketball all of his life and enjoys it to this day. His end career goal is to be a successful and wealthy businessman and create life changing opportunities for others.
Bank Jay
Developmental Executive
Bank was born in Thailand, however grew up all over the world being in a military family. In his free time, he works on his graphic design business and spends a lot of time with his dog, Lil Bo. He loves traveling and making experiences with both friends and family. His ultimate goal is to own multiple businesses and start his own nonprofit.
Jonathon Benoit
Senior Account Executive
Jonathon is a Louisiana native. Some of his favorite things to do are watch football, play video games, and hangout with friends. Jonathon is a very culture driven person which Linking Minds has a ton of. His ultimate goal is to open his own business and eventually be able to retire his family.
Jazz Davis
Junior Account Executive
Jazz is a Louisiana native, born and raised. In her spare time she loves to try new restaurants, travel with friends and family, and keep up with the latest fashion trends. Her long-term career goals are to have multiple sources of income by becoming an Angel investor, having a fashion museum/store front, and an international food truck park.
